We provide delivery and pickup across Durham Region and select GTA areas. Below are our standard delivery zones and associated flat-rate fees:

📦 Minimum order may apply for delivery depending on location.
🧾 What’s Included in Delivery
- Curbside drop-off and pickup at ground-level entry points (driveway, garage, front door)
- All items delivered clean and ready to use
- Scheduled 2–3 hour time window provided prior to event day
- Drivers will assist in unloading near the delivery point

🔁 Pickup & Drop-Off (Self-Service Option)
You are welcome to pick up and return your rental items at our Ajax location.

🕒 Pickup & Drop-Off Times (By Appointment Only):
- Pickup: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 day before event)
- Return: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 day after event)
- Weekend pickup/return available
🛻 Please ensure your vehicle can accommodate your order. We’ll assist with loading and unloading.
🧰 Optional Add-On Services
🔄 2-Day Rental (Add 50% to subtotal)
- Need extra time? Use your items for 2 full event days.
- Example: Pickup Monday, use Tuesday & Wednesday, return Thursday.
- Final charge = Rental subtotal x 1.5
- Includes early pickup and next-day return at no extra charge.
🛠️ Setup & Pack-Up Assistance (Add 20% to subtotal)
- Want us to set everything up and take it down?
- Includes table and chair placement, folding, stacking, and teardown.
- Final charge = Rental subtotal x 1.2
- Must be added at checkout or 48 hours before delivery.
📌 Additional Notes
- Items must be returned clean and in original condition.
- For same-day events, pickup may occur the following morning.
- Please notify us of access issues (stairs, elevators, limited parking) in advance.
